awesome product!
this is one of the readily available couverture chocolates and it's really great. I've only used compound chocolate before for cooking and this one breaks off easy even when refrigerated and tastes great. am repurchasing again.

It's Good!
This is the only brand that is selling a couverture at this rate. The chocolate is a bit sweet but perfect for me. To all the bakers out there... grab it asap...
