Amul brings the exciting and professional range of cooking chocolates suitable for baking and indulgence. Amul Milk Compound comes with a minimum of 11% milk solids. It brings a velvety brown colour on cooking and comes in the form of a 500g slab.

Ingredients
Sugar, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm Kernel Oil), Milk Solids, Cocoa Solids, Permitted Emulsifiers (E322, E476). Contains Added Flavours (Artificial Flavouring Substances - Cocoa & Vanilla).
How to Use

Its not a chocolate first of all.. partially hydrogenated oil is used which is a trans fat most ever dangerous form of oil leads to increase your bad cholesterol and decrease the good one.
