Good base product for preparation of chocolates
I used this today, chocolates came out very well.At delivery, they will bring it to you in cold condition, wait for sometime until it is in room temperature. Wipe away the moisture outside the cover. Don't keep in fridge. This chocolate should be kept in room temperature, after opening, seal it, keep in air tight container, at room temperature. This is not for daily consumption as it is made of hydrogenated oils,etc., not good for health. If you want to make healthy chocolate u can melt full bar of 55% dark amul chocolate.

Its not a chocolate first of all.. partially hydrogenated oil is used which is a trans fat most ever dangerous form of oil leads to increase your bad cholesterol and decrease the good one.
