A new product of Joy. Leaves the skin feeling chill and cool. Cleanses well. Mild and pH balanced as It says. It is not burning. ( for sensitive and acne prone skin). but doing a patch test may be useful for new users. No harsh granules. I would recommend to ALL skin types. A little drying (40%). hence can be used thrice or twice a week.
Only thing I find bad is the packaging free policy. This facewash was delivered by hand by agent and some places on outerpack was dirty some stains. If that's resolved then fine. Product wise no complains as to the efficiency and so on.
