About the Product

Manufactured from cultured cream, it's manufacturing is a culmination of the traditional recipe adopted in a state of the art manufacturing plant. It does not contain salt and as a result, it is good for people who avoid butter for the salt present in it. Slow manufacturing process helps the development of the typical flavour, reminiscent of the home touch.

Ingredients

Fat 14%, Saturated Fat 35%, Cholesterol 8%, Sodium 0%, Dietary 0%, Protein 0%. Milk Fat-82% Minimum, Moisture -16% Maximum, Milk Solids-Not-Fat 1.5 Maximum.

How to Use

Apply on the hot paratha and roti. Spread it on bread/toast with sugar/salt/spices to taste. Add a scoop of white butter on your favourite dal/curry/soup. Just heat it to prepare high aroma ghee.
