Taste is good , mild hot and sweet but the smell of lemongrass is overshadowed by strong vinegar smell that you get from preserved foods. 

Descent product if you can stand vinegar smell

really  Good  it gives a Wonderful taste to Red Thai curry n is a perfect  Thai Dip too

Tastes like sugar syrup .. there is a hint of lemongrass though. Doesn’t taste anything like how a Thai Sweet Chilli sauce needs to taste.
