I love the crunchiness, not added sugar,  goes perfectly with yogurt.

Good quality product. Do not compare it with Kellogs as True Elements is more on the quality of the product than the quantity. 

Just a reminder, Don't feel that the quantity is less as there are more Nuts in their pack compared to another brand. Most commercial brands usually fill their pack with Corn Flakes to make their product look like it has a larger quantity. Here, if you were to compare, you have more seeds and nuts than most of their competitors

Note: It tastes better if you shallow fry it a bit before you add milk, to give their roasted flavor.
