Ingredients

Red Chillies, Onions, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Cashew, Soya Sauce, Salt, Spices and Condiments, Water, Coconut Oil, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate (E211).

How to Use
  • Fry the paste in little oil. 
  • Add Choice of meat, fish &/or vegetables. Fry together for 5 minutes.
  • Add Coconut Milk and Cook.
  • For thicker Curry add Coconut cream.
  • Add salt to taste.

absolutely love the flavor of this one. used in so many curries, stir fries and sabzi.

Not worth it
The after taste was sour and spicy hence I had to add extra coconut milk to balance it out
