About the Product
Keto-friendly and gluten-free, almond flour is obtained by removing the skin of almonds, i.e., blanching, and then finely milling the skinned almonds. The resultant powdery, flour-like product is known as almond flour. By Nature Almond Flour is made of almonds and contains no additives at all, not even preservatives. The high shelf life is arrived at because of a careful blanching and grinding process. Almond flour is a good source of protein and fibre. Being low in carbs and high in fat, it is the ideal flour for keto recipes.
