Ingredients: Rice Flour, Lentil, Yeast.
How to Use
- Step-1: Take 500 gm of Ajmi FreshMade™ Instant Palappam (Vellayappam) Podi in the bowl of your mixer. Add 4 tbsp of sugar.
- Step-2: Pour 750 ml of lukewarm water to this and stir well for 1 minute in the mixer. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Step-3: Add salt to taste and make tasty Palappam/Vellayappam in traditional Appa-chatti.
