Dhampur Green Castor Sugar/Sakkare, 250 g Box

Dhampur Green Castor Sugar is a free-flowing sugar, which dissolves instantly and is an ideal sweetener for baking, using in beverages, as well as for dusting/ garnishing. You can also use it to sweeten cold drinks, whipped cream, yoghurt, fruit purees and sauces. Its fine grind provides a smooth, soft finished texture. Castor Sugar may harden if not stored properly. Transfer contents from pack to an airtight container and keep in a cool and dry place. Never use a wet spoon to scoop out the sugar.
