Chef Urbano Smoked Paprika - Sweet, 250 g

Smoked hot paprika powder, from the province of Caceres, Spain, are dried in the traditional process over an oak burning fire for weeks to produce a sweet smokey flavour. It is rich in vitamin A, B6 & E, reduces inflammation, improved blood pressure and prevents joint pains and lethargy.

Smoked Sweet Paprika, also called Pimento de la Vera, is made by drying and grinding Red Peppers into a fine powder. The smoked flavour is created during the drying process in an oak wood oven. It is a popular ingredient in many Mediterranean recipes.
