Great for vegetarians looking for a lean source of protein outside whey or casein supplements. the texture is slightly different, not as soft as regular paneer because of much lesser fat. No noticeable change in taste, only noticeable difference compared to regular paneer is the harder texture. 

The product is not like paneer it is like tofu. not recommended.

Taste won't be as good as regular paneer as it a little harder and less juicier. But I Bought this paneer for the sake of low fat and high protein. Though softness and taste is not exactly the same as regular paneer, this is a great alternative for aged people with heart health or suffering high cholesterol or hypertension etc.
