it is a good size, easy to hold with a broad handle and a supporting lip on the other side. filters well and cleans easily asno sharp corners to trap muck,

bought this after 2 orders on Amazon at higher.proce were returned. very happy with it. don't know how reliable it is though but don't see any weak areas yet.

Tea spillage still occurs due to small size

It's a good strainer but it doesn't stay on the cup on its own. 

size was small, atleast for me. hopefully it will work for others. it's ok if u r going to strain just two small tea cups


Poor quality. The solid round handle was too heavy to balance the upper, lighter steel mesh part over the cup while straining the tea. After about use of two months the mesh front got broken down from the handle and there is no way to fix it again. Avoid it. Faulty design.
