As marketed, the only ingredient is peanuts. There is some separation which is natural due to lack of stabilizing agents - just take a large dry spoon and give it a good mix before use. Many PB brands add a lot of unnecessary stuff like oils, preservatives, sweeteners, stabilizers, etc.
