This product is too dangerous for the kids between 6 to 9 months.
There is 100% chance that kids will bite the stick and will break in pieces inside mouth and will enter the food pipe which will be difficult to swallow. 
In my case I was lucky to pull out the stick size of a 15mm and could save my child.
In my opinion stick should be more thick and it is not recommendable to teething babies between 6 to 9 months. 

Great as nibbles even for adults. Just love it!!
