i left some ghee on steel plate for 2 days, from yello it turned transparent and yellow powder got deposited in the cornor. i highly doubt on the quality of the product

I have been using this ghee for more than a year and the quality and aroma was very good. but last two buy were extremely disappointing. so poor quality and bad aroma. the colour of ghee was white this time and texture was too different. I regret on spending this much money on these last two ghee jars. it is not A2 ghee definitely. i feel like cheated
