It would be more  appropriate and healthy if prepared without using backing soda/backing powder/rising agents. light sweetnees is fine. Instead of Honey palm sugar or palam jaggery  also be a good option.

I'm allergic to wheat, so these gluten-free Biscotti were a bliss for me. I used to order them regularly. However, a few days ago, I ordered them and was shocked to find insects in the pack. The pack was half-consumed before I discovered the insects. Although the taste was fine, I noticed that the crumbs were weirdly stuck together, which made me suspicious. When I opened the pack again, I found the insects. The insects were found on the same day I received the pack. I was utterly disgusted when I discovered the insect. This is unacceptable, as it's like playing with customers' health. My family and I had consumed the product.BB would be responsible if we fell ill due to this Clearly, cleanliness is not being maintained at the facility, which led to this mishap.
