About the Product
This delicious pack of gluten-free, quinoa pasta is made with the finest blend of high-quality quinoa grains. It is rich in proteins and dietary fibres and has been processed in a gluten-free environment. It is surprisingly quick to prepare when rustling up a store-cupboard dinner, but equally delicious for a more sophisticated main course with a twist.

Cooking Instructions
1. Bring about 2 Lt water to a rolling boil in a large pot over high heat. 2. Add 200g of Gluten Free Pasta to the boiling water. Stir to ensure none of the pasta is sticking to the bottom of the pot. Continue to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes. Test a piece to ensure it has no dry centre but is still a bit firm. 3. Drain off all the pasta water. 4. After draining, return the pasta to the pot to add the sauce of your choice & sautéed vegetables. Toss well & serve.
