Amuls Diced Mozzarella has a moist, soft and an elastic texture and has a distinctive mild salty taste and a pleasant aroma. Due to its elastic and stringy texture, this cheese is ideal for preparing Lasagna, and as a topping on pizzas. When baked with pizzas, it melts uniformly while beautifully engulfing all other ingredients of the pizza surface. Mozzarella Cheese is also an excellent source of milk proteins.

Amul mozzarella cheese is amazing
The best mozzarella cheese. Remember to store it in deep freezer. Remove the needed quantity 2 hours before use. So fresh n yummy

Awesome product, needs to be stored right...
I have bought it 2 times and this is an awesome product. I read a lot of reviews saying that it got fungus in a few weeks. People, This cheese is NOT to be stored in normal refrigerator, it has to be stored in Freezer AT OR BELOW -19°c (below -19°c means -21°c NOT -17°c) which is mentioned on the package itself too and it can be used for months if stored like this. Thanks!
