Pumpkin Seeds are rich in minerals (magnesium, manganese and zinc), protein and Vitamin E, while also being a good source of healthy fats that can be used as a substitute for peanut butter, when allergies are a concern. The pumpkin seeds are slow roasted and stone grounded into butter and they do not contain any stabilizers, additives or sugar. Refrigerate after opening. Since the butter is all natural, without any added stabilizers, the oil may separate and collect on top of the butter when kept out.
