I had prepared spicy vermecelli for breakfast. It cooks really well & it is non-sticky after soaking in water (by adding little oil) for 5 minutes. It also tastes good by adding vegetables (whichever are available at home), it is not compulsory. It depends on personal choice.

I have bought it once from a gourmet store and was happy to find it on BB. These vermicelli  are like glass noodles once cooked , very easy to make both a warm meal, soup noodles or a cold salad. Healthy coz it's brown rice and very versatile to use. I love it!
