Nutty Gritties was launched in August 2009 as a healthier alternative to snacking and the concept remains the same till date. Our premium Californian Almonds are carefully handpicked and are packed in their whole, raw, skin-on avatars. Our Jumbo Californian Almonds have a particularly crunchy texture. Jumbo Californian Almonds are a powerhouse of nutrition as each handful serving portion packs 6 gm of protein, 14.7 gm of good fat, and a good amount of magnesium, calcium and Vitamin E. With as little as 177 Kcal and 6 gm of protein per ounce, Jumbo California Almonds contain 3.5 gm of dietary fibre which helps you feel full with just a handful. Weight: 500 g

How to Use
Our nutritionists and taste experts suggest eating a handful (28 g) raw or after soaking overnight. Make almond butter, or Add them to your oats, yogurt and salads. Top up Indian desserts like kheer, halwa, vermicelli with sliced almonds for a light dash of flavour and zing. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
