How To Use
Poha Recipe: Heat oil in a cooking pan and add jeera, peanuts and curry leaves. Add finely chopped onions, potatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder and a pinch of hing. Cook till the onions turn brown. Now add Health Sutras Yellow Jowar Poha and sprinkle a few drops of water. Mix well and cook with lid covered for a few minutes. Serve hot by adding coriander and lemon juice. DO NOT SOAK THE POHA IN WATER.
