Barilla Durum Wheat Pasta - Fettuccine

About the Product

Barilla fettuccine is long, flat strands pasta known to withstand robust sauces and generally paired with oil-based, dairy-based and tomato-based sauces along with vegetables, meat or cheese. This product is GMO-free and no maida is used. It is an excellent source of fibres, naturally low in fat with a low glycemic index that keeps you fuller for longer.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina, Water.

How to Use
  • Step 1: Fill a large pot with water, place over high heat and add a tablespoon of salt. We recommend 1 ltr of water for 100 g Pasta. 
  • Step 2: When the water starts to boil add your pasta. 
  • Step 3: Boil for 11 min stirring occasionally. For a more tender pasta, cook for 2-3 additional min. 
  • Step 4: Drain well and finish cooking in the pan with your favourite Barilla Pasta sauce. 

Chef Tip: For a better result, heat up the sauce in a pan and toss it together with the pasta.

Chef Suggestion: Try Barilla Fettuccine with Basilico sauce.
