About the Product

Barilla Rigatoni is one of Italy’s most beloved shapes. The large diameter and ridges of rigatoni make it ideal for holding sauces on the entire surface, inside and out! Try rigatoni with cream, tomato or spicy sauces based, add meat or vegetables and enjoy an authentic Italian meal. This product is GMO-free and no maida is used. It is an excellent source of fibres, naturally low in fat with a low glycemic index that keeps you fuller for longer.

Ingredients

Durum Wheat Semolina, Water.

How to Use
  • Step 1: Fill a large pot with water, place over high heat and add a tablespoon of salt. We recommend 1 ltr of water for 100 g Pasta. 
  • Step 2: When the water starts to boil, add your pasta. 
  • Step 3: Boil for 11 min stirring occasionally. For a more tender pasta, cook for 1-2 additional min. 
  • Step 4: Drain well and finish cooking in the pan with your favourite Barilla Pasta sauce.

Chef Tip: For a better result, heat up the sauce in a pan and toss it together with the pasta. 

Chef Suggestion: Try Barilla Rigatoni with Barilla Basilico sauce.
