Pedigree quality is good but packet is very dirty

old packet. pedigree was stale. had no smell or taste. puppy didnot eat even a little bit. sad service from big basket on this. 

Got a packet which is going to expire next month.
There was also a small cut in the packet.
My 3 months old puppy vomited the food.
Worst decision to get this.
