if you prefer a bit bitter chocolate then it is a very good option.

too sweet. doesn't feel like 55% cocoa. maybe all the rest is just sugar. this sweetness is overpowering and there are no taste profiles from the single origin chocolate as such. other amul ones have been better. but not the ivory coast
