Very bad fresh cream was sour even though the expiry date of the product was later

cream was not white it looked like some sort of yellow colour and when i started whipping it seperated into yellow solid and white liquid and it tasted sour really disappointed

Color of the cream is pale yellow. when tried to whip it butter is formed instead of whipping cream.worst quality.

it was sour when I opened the packet!!
it was sour when I opened the packet. I wanted to whip the cream but it just turned butter in a min. Use Amul fresh cream instead.
