well this time the packet seal was having a slight opening...please do keep a track...

There was a hole in the product shared and the biscuits were infested with ants. 

For the last few times the biscuit delivery had been under par. Biscuits are being stored less attentively resulting into cracked/ broken biscuits. This is not a manufacturing but clearly a handling problem but consistent with BB deliveries.

Better handling care requested, please.
