I have been using gala products since May be 20 yrs. But something is really wrong with the items now days. this is the second time that broom got broken inlesser than 10 days. what a mess created by the company which was known for quality products. no more gala in my lifetime now.

quality has deteriorated to the worst in market

There was a time when gala broom was really good. just to make more profit or to give a broom in a particular budget they have started making it with very very poor quality material. the broom thread are stuck on a plastic stick, which is of horrible quality. the broom broke in few months only after that plastic that holds the broom is broken then trust me the broom is useless. 4 years back i got one and it worked for 2 years and i got a few months back is broken.
