really nice product, but mix with rice while cooking

i much prefer steel cut to rolled oats for texture, flavour, satiety, glycemic load (i am diabetic and oatmeal raises my blood sugar). it is rare to find any in large bags. since i don't eat roti or white rice but prefer whole grains in small helpings, i wish they were available in large 5kg etc bags to save packaging. this is the best bet i have found for oats so far. i like to presoak in fridge and pressure cook these for 8-10 minutes
