Its maida free and has a really good taste. If you know how to cook pasta then this product is perfect I have made pasta 3 times with this pack serving 3 everytime .I would highly recommend this pasta to all pasta lovers

worst pasta I ever encountered. It is so sticky and has too much of starvh on it.
I would.like to return at lease unopened pack amd refund for both.
look at the amount of starch it realeased after boiling in the picture attached.
