best and quick dosa

The dosas came out quite good and were very nice to have. I did not miss a conventional rice dosa at all. 

The first dosa was a bit lumpy,maybe the pan wasn't hot enough either... but then on I tried pouring the batter around from the outside circumference towards the center and giving it a few seconds and then spreading it, this worked quite well and resulted in very beautiful dosas. And taste was excellent as well.
