  • Place drained quinea and water in a medium size saucepan, and bring to boil.
  • Add salt is desired. reduce to simmer, cover and cook until water is absorbed(12-15 minutes).

I wish India gate could come up with 1 or 2kg versions. This is literally the best quinoa out there and I have tried quite many.
