This time,I liked it because it was fresh and cold.

 Previously, I have had to return it a couple of times as it was smelly due to poor storage during delivery. If u want customers to buy meats/chicken, make sure that the chicken is kept in cold storage while delivering as it rots by the time it reaches us if not kept in minimum temperature control.

Bro I bought this and it was so terrible in taste like it looked ok and but when we cooked it it was so hard asf and the taste was so weird more like a hard texture chicken dried out.. tho we marinated for a day but still it was waste of our time and money ..

...this time it came smelling bad from the delivery. It must have been thawed and refrozen repeatedly. Can understand given the current Chinese Virus situation. But it should not be repeated. My money was also refunded on complaining to BigBasket. Thank you.
