To prepare a 225ml serving, pour 190ml of pre-boiled water into a cup. Gradually mix in 5 levelled scoops or 45.5g of PediaSure powder.Mixing with water greater than 35 degrees C may compromise the benefits of the probiotics. Once mixed, PediaSure should be consumed immediately. Otherwise please cover, refrigerate and drink within 24 hours. When mixed as directed, PediaSure provides approximately 1kcal per ml. Also tastes delicious with milk.
