the chana taken under bb royal is found to have pathetic quality , it has insects and also gram is found to be of inferior quality

I ordered a packet of BB royal organic brown channa few days ago and what I get? a packet full of rotten and insected channas. from the outside it looks fresh and healthy but from the inside it was fully rotten with a insect larva in it which I consumed day by day without my knowledge. who will be responsible if I have any healthy issues near future. is that what you delivered to your loyal customer without any quality check and  just labelling BB sticker on a packet and fooled us? it's related to health issues of me and my family members and I don't compromise with it. i need an proper explanation from your side. 

Rotten product, Full of insects with insects larva

Don't buy this black chana. It smells foul on soaking and doesn't even sprout. I can't return it as I have opened and used it. Atleast I can make you aware, if my feedback gets published and if you are able to read it

Not good quality. Half of it remained as it is after soaking overnight
