Shahi means royal and as the name suggests this is a royal paneer dish, literally translated to Royal Cottage Cheese. Dry fruits, yogurt, saffron, whole spices and cream is added to make this dish rich. Cee Pees Shahi Paneer Masala is a perfect blend of more than 20 spices to make your dish more royal than the Mughals. In keeping with our belief in innovation we have used Peanuts in the blend to thicken gravy, making your dish healthier and tastier than before. Ample Jaiphal, Javitri, Clove, Poppy Seeds, Black Pepper, Staranise, Big and small cardamom have been added to make your dish aromatic and flavorful. Shahi Paneer is best enjoyed with Naan. You can use the masala in Matar paneer, Butter Paneer, Dry Paneer or any other paneer dish.
