just a bark of cinnamon floating on the top. nothing more than coloured  sugary jelly. Don't waste money.

This jam is otherwise very tasty but this bottle/batch perhaps had sugar in it that was granular, not blended.

it tastes like sugar syrup.no taste of cinnamon or apples.
had heard a lot about this brand and had high expectations but utterly disappointed.
even finishing the bottle will be a challenge.
