About the Product
It is the fiercest of all Thai pastes, spiciness coming from the fresh green chillies which also provides its bright green colour. This Green Curry paste is made thanks to a perfect combination of spices, herbs and coconut. This blends the sweetness of kaffir lime with the spice of the green chilli. Green curry paste is made by pounding together fresh green chilli, garlic, lemongrass and galangal. It is the fiercest of all Thai pastes, spiciness coming from the fresh green chillies which also provides its bright green colour. Fried and combined with coconut cream, chicken and a few vegetables, green curry paste will give you a spicy mouth-watering Thai green curry.
Ingredients
Garlic, Lemongrass, Chili, Shallot, Galangal, Coriander Power, Salt, Fully Refined Soybean Oil, Sweet Basil Oil (Sweet Basil Leaves, Fully Refined Soyabean Oil), Kaffir Lime, Sweet Basil Leaves, Cumin Powder, Turmeric, Acidity Regulator (E330), Nutmeg Powder, White Pepper Powder

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in a sauce pan 2. Add 70g Bangkele Green curry paste and 100ml coconut cream 3. Stir-fry until an aroma develops then lower the heat 4. Add the remaining 300ml coconut cream and 100ml water 5. Bring to the boil 6. Add sliced chicken, eggplants and kaffir lime leaves 7. Add fish sauce, sugar and simmer until cooked through 8. Garnish with chili and dried basil 9. Serve with Thai jasmine rice
