1. Heat 20gm of refined oil in a sauce pan. 2.Add 285gm chicken (boneless) and stir fry until chicken is sealed & browned. (approx.7-8 min.) 3. Add the entire content of jar of sauce. 4. Add half cup (50-70 ml) of water & simmer it for 10-15 min, string occasionally. (also suitable for 285gm vegetables, Sea food & meat. adjust simmer time accordingly).
