product seems to be good inside the bag, but the outer was so dirty, became so furious to trash it out, but after an intervention, we used 3kitchen tissue towels to clean the Bag before sanitizing it, orient Your stock in charge and the delivery executive to see if the goods looks fairly acceptable, henceforth please don't send me dirty black speckled bags as if it was picked up right from the trash area and delivered to the customer, I accepted it because could not inspect each and everything as I had high hopes about your hygieneness but alas not like Bangalore service, Hope you orient Your Stock in charge and the delivery executive to send across clean bags,that too in these time of PANDEMIC, I could have asked for an exchange, but really not Willing to hold that dirty bag inside the sanitized house till you sent an exchange, hope this doesn't happen again.

very bad quality- had small insect in the rice

it was very sticky .could not grind properly

Worst product, don't buy its look like plastic after grinding
