The famed Ricotta cheese by MOOZ is a lot like chhena/paneer we use in our households. It has a very mild taste and those expecting a “cheese like” taste wouldn’t like it at all. If I could compare, it tastes like unhardened paneer with some curd like taste. Also a bit overpriced at Rs 200 for 150gms.

the cheese quality and everything  was grt but it does not melt to make the lasagne creamy, rather it made it watery while baking. its just like paneer and can be used like scrambled paneer nothing to make anything cheesy or creamy.
