Annapoorna Masala - Pepper Chicken, 50 g

Pepper, coriander,cumin,garlic,salt, onion, ginger,mustard,fenugreek, green chili flakes poppy seed,sugar,turmeric, cinnamon, cardmom, Nutmeg, refined groundnut oil

Marinate 750g of chicken with 50g of pepper chicken mix & 1cup curd for 30mins. Heat 4tbsp of oil, fry mustard, add the chicken pieces and saute untill color of the chicken changes. Now add necessary water,salt & boil until the chicken is almost cooked. reduce heat and cook in medium flame until required consistency is reached. now tasty pepper chicken is ready to serve.
