Annapoorna Masala - Chicken Chettinad, 50 g

Coriander, Chilly, Ginger, Garlic, Mustard, Cumin, Onion, Salt, Tomato, Turmeric, Pepper, Cinnamon, Star anise, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace, Refined groundnut oil.

Marinate 700g of chicken with 50g of this packet contents for 30 minutes. Heat 3tbsp of oil in a pan & let mustards splutter, add the chicken pieces and saute until color of the chicken changes. Now add necessary water and bring it to boil. Cover the pan with the lid and cook in low flame until the chicken is almost done. Open the lid & cook for few minutes (add salt if required) until required consistency is reached. Tasty Chicken Chettinad is ready to serve.
