Chili, Tamarind powder, Coriander, Cumin, Shredded Coconut, Turmeric, Fennel, Fenugreek, Toor Dhal, Black gram, Pepper, Asafetida, Refined Groundnut Oil.

Heat 4tbsp of oil to fry mustard, half cup of small onions until golden brown. Add 2 tomatoes with 50g of this packet contents and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add necessary water & boil the contents for 5-7minutes. Reduce heat & add 1 cup coconut paste/coconut milk. Let it cook in low flame for 10-12 minutes. Add 2tbsp of gingelly oil and salt (if required) after removing from heat and let it stand for few minutes before serving. Tasty Kara kulambu is ready to serve. Fry 1 cup of small onions in 3tbsp of oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and add 50g of this packet contents. Let it cool down and grind it into a fine paste. Heat 3tbsp of oil to fry mustard, 12-15 garlic cloves, then add the grinded paste with necessary water and boil the contents for 5-7mins. Reduce heat and let it cook in low flame for 10mins before turning it off. Add 2tbsp of gingelly oil after removing from heat and let it stand for few minutes before serving.
