About the Product
Chocolate compounds for making chocolate & Cakes. Dark chocolate (cooking) is a type of chocolate containing cocoa solids and cocoa butter. This is a cooking /baking chocolate used to make chocolates, and a decorating ingredient as covering, spreading, coating cakes, pastries, desserts etc. This is slightly sweetened.

Cooking Instructions
1. Double boiler - Put chopped chocolate on top of a double boiler. Melt 1/3 of chocolate slowly and then add 2/3. Slowly stir until all chocolate is melted. 2. Microwave - Put small pieces of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Set on low heat. Stir every 15-20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
