This is Cassia cinnamon priced as Ceylon cinnamon (1200 bucks per kg).  Cassia cinnamon is dirt cheap. So yes, BB is misleading customers and making fraudulent retained earrings by selling Cassia in the same price as Ceylon. I don't recommend this and I probably won't buy spices from BB.
