Bad quality product. There was mould forming inside the packet. 

Worst quality not even getting cooked, miss leading the public by branding as 'Long Rice' 
infact the rice bad not the word. Want to return immediately. used only a handful of rice out of 5kg pack.  My suggestion is to provide a sample pkt of 50gms attached to bag will avoid such items sothat BIG BASKET gain name.
